Leak or sweat?

Just bought a pair of Swiftcurrent Expedition waders. The first two times I've come out of the water my legs have looked like they're wet in spots. Also, where it's wet it seems cold like creek water. I didn't really sweat in my Orvis waders so it would be new to me. If it's a leak I'd like to send them back for a new pair before I have them too long. Thanks!
