Hi everyone,
I’m a collector from Japan and I’m looking for a vintage Steelheader Vest like the ones used in British Columbia during the 1970s.
Key features:
– Blue nylon/canvas material
– Long cut, covers the hips
– Side slits for carrying large steelhead or salmon
– Classic Canadian style, possibly made by “Hatters / Hater’s”
If anyone has one for sale, or knows more about the maker/store history, I would be really grateful for any info.
Even catalog scans or old photos are very welcome.
