Have a chance to scoop this little gem up for a good price. Can't seem to find any info about converting it to tandem ala aftermarket mods. Has anyone done it, and at what price?
Really wanna take my young son out with me, that's why a convertible tandem is on the radar. For a few hundred more, I can get a Big Tuna that's ready to go. Even tho it's a heavy SOB, it's insanely well apportioned.
I love the native and how rawdog it is, but will I end up just outfitting it like the Jackson over time and potentially have more money sank into it? Plus,how many headaches throughout the process?
TLDR: get a great cheap boat now and customize or go all out, big tuna style?
