  1. Wild. Hobies customer service has gone to shit and seems to have limited dealers who can even handle warranty claims. Will be interesting to see how bass pro can handle high end customers with warranty issues.

  2. I was quite literally about to buy a Hobie Outback & now I am not sure about it. 🙁

    My main concerns are dealer networks after this sale takes full effect. I really wouldn’t want to deal with BPS if I have any warranty issues.
