Fishing with my son today when these people posted up right next to him. Even crossed his line at some point. The lake had plenty of shoreline. What’s the etiquette for picking a spot?

You have to tell them to scoot over. There’s a spot on the other side of the trees they could go to.

Schooling around your kid like it’s a saltwater pier or something🤦my general rule is I’m gonna stay tf over here and itd be nice if y’all stay tf over there, if we got a get close- definitely don’t get closer than 20 feet and sure as shit don’t be crossing my line or casting right next to me unless I’m telling ya too. Gauruntee they wouldn’tve pulled that shit with a grown man, just sad.
