I caught my best smallmouth with this rattle trap. What's the exact name of it? Maybe it's a red eyed shad?

That’s a square bill not a rattletrap. Looks like kvd shad squarebill.

Hard to say for sure but I’m positive someone will get on here and know the exact brand, model, color pattern, and where you can buy them at the best price đ
In lieu of that, look at the bill of the lure and see if there is a brandname. Then check the manufacturer’s website.
