Hello, I found this rod for a very cheap prize, but the seller doesn't know it's exact purpose. He apparently got it from his grandpa and has no further information, apart from the numbers seen in the pic "DP2 – 802" and a 2nd line "8 O ft x 2 sec" – which I assume to be the model and size (length is apparently 248 cm, which is about 8 ft).
I would like to use it for spin fishing, does anyone know more about this rod? I can't find anything on the net. I guess I just would like to know, if it is worth my time and money getting it or if it is just dropshipped cheap stuff.
