Yes, it is legit. If you are not in Japan and they do not ship DDP, make sure you understand the actual costs of purchase when factoring in tariffs/brokerage. And if you are in the US, keep in mind that there is absolutely no way of saying how much you will actually be charged, and in some cases people are getting charged significantly more than 50% of the total purchase price for tariffs/brokerage.
