What do you do with the gear that doesn’t work for you?

  1. Put it in a box I give to (non-fishing) friends to use on the lake….who then proceed to outfish me up one side and down the other with lures I’ve never personally caught a thing on.

  2. Toss it all in a box exactly as pictured, put it in a closet and say “I’ll find a use for it someday”. Repeat every few months

    I got a few buddies who makes bait. I trade them my junk, broken or old, fishing stuff for new baits he makes.

  4. I’ve sold several lots of unwanted lures on marketplace. Usually recoup a decent amount of the original price too.

  5. Whoa! Whoa! Wait a minute here!… A torpedo, a bunch of crankbaits that need painted, thin fin, is that a rogue? You can just shoot’em right on over to me. I’ll be sure to give some to the kids.

  6. Try tuning that Smithwick rogue with suspend strips before you get rid of it. Where I fish, a rogue that floats won’t catch anything, but if I tune it to suspend perfectly neutral, I will slay walleye and bass.
