Yes, but almost certainly need to be in a boat do you can follow the fish around and let the drag wear it out without being spooled. A friend of mine caught a 75 pound flathead catfish on a G.Loomis IMX MBR-782 with 10 pound test Yozuri Hybrid. It took us about an hour to get it to the boat, but we got it.

Can you, yes. Depending where, how, and what your fishing for could make it a little more challenging. But it can be done. Might not be the most optimized gear for what your chasing but it can be done
