I bought a tackle box and found these in it the spot where I'm fishing tomorrow is about 15 feet I think. I don't know how far they'll dive down or go tho so I wanna know if I should bring them I'm targeting bass mainly and maybe some walleye but I have other lures for that any feedback is appreciated.

Both seem to be topwater baits. The top one is called a popper and you jerk it to make a big splash to mimic fleeing baitfish on the surface, or perhaps other stuff a bass or walleye might eat. I’m not sure if the bottom one is a floating or suspending bait, but you would sort of fish it the same way as the popper but faster. I don’t think walleye would go for topwater lures though, I think they respond better to deeper more subtle presentations (dont trust me on this). Bass eat almost anything so you should be fine in that aspect
If I’m correct, the one at the top is a popper and the bottom is a jerk bait.
The popper pops on the water if fished right and that will trigger bass.
The one at the bottom is a jerk bait, most can float and as you reel it in Or jerk it, it dives down.
Top is a top water popper, multiple ways and speeds to work it. Either slowly with a couple subtle pops to splash, big splashes, consistent retrieve to keep splashing.
Bottom is a jerk bait, those are played slowly, minor jerks and retrieving good for cold weather when fish are slower. They’re pretty finicky about weight so avoid attaching with snap swivels as the weight can affect the retrieve
