I’d cast to that other dock and bring it back. Squarebill, Free Rig, or drag a Ned Rig back depending on how weed choked it is.

Toss that frog into the vegetation, and drag in into the water. Will give a natural look and wont spook the fish. It’s amazing how many times you’ll get a strike on the first cast, with this technique.

I would be throwing small jigheads with shortened soft plastics. cast it out, hop it, reel in a little, hop it, keep going til you feel tension on the line, then give it a good hookset. fish will pick bait off the bottom and swim with it if they like what they see
