Hey guys I'm looking for recommendations for a budget 3wt rod (150-250) I currently have a tfo pro 2 3wt 7'6" and am not that thrilled with. Accuracy isn't very good which is a problem with a small stream rod. The ones ive been looking at are the redington classic trout and echo carbon xl. Any recommendations are appreciated.

I love my Echo River Glass 6’9” 3 wt. I use it on our small trout streams in the Driftless. Accurate, durable, and I get a lot of compliments on its unique teal color. Really sensitive rod that’s fun to fish.
I just bought an Echo carbon xl 3wt 7’6”. It’s a very moderate action which should be great in the Driftless.
Love my CT 7’6” 2WT. I’ve said it before but it’s 90% as good as my Recon 2wt in the same length.. yeah it’s not made in the US like the Recon, and Orvis customer service is likely far superior, but for 1/3rd the cost.. the CT is compelling.
