Skunked on the fly

Ventured out today on my local river (DuPage in western Chicago burbs). Struggled with my fly gear for about an hour…wind was giving me fits. But I know there are fish out there…got this one on my third cast out using stuff I know. Not giving up…but have to admit I’m a bit frustrated.
