These lures dude… I have been fishing them for just over a year now and they're hands down the best producing jerkbait I've ever used. The action is unparalleled by any other jerkbait on the market.
But Jesus Christ the hooks suck some schlong. These were basically brand new Owner Stingers and every hook was messed up, on a 3.5lb fish. The stock hooks are even worse. Someone please explain how this was METICULOUSLY designed by Professionals, with such horrid hooks?
What hooks are the best durability AND won't effect the action of the bait? No consideration to cost.

I’ve never really had an issue with eagle claw hooks
Gotta keep the drag loose on those stock hooks. I’ve never upgraded mine but I use a lighter rod and keep my drag looser than most guys I’ve fished with. I think megabass has an article on hook upgrades.
I’d get a food scale and weigh the hooks then look up some that are the same weight or similar
my favourite lure, i use the blue one that is silverish on top ive caught so many fish with these
