Took the kayaks out fishing with my brother and my friend to one of my favorite lakes in the area for my birthday. I caught 27 bass, which is a high number for me. Here’s a few of those. The biggest one taught me to always trust my gut on where to cast, and also to not trust my gut on my weight estimates.
I thought this one was pushing high 4, but not even 4 lbs. Last pic is the number one lure of the trip, a 1/4oz bitsy bug finesse jig with a rage menace for the trailer.
