Work your way up I say, use some works to catch bluegill/smaller sunfish. Then use one of them as bait as long as it’s legal

Explain how you fish it a little bit if you could. I’ve never fished a worm this style/rig. But my intro rig was a 5” senko rigged whacky style. I would usually catch at least a fish starting out but it took me awhile to get used to letting it sink all the way to the bottom. Production has increased since doing that.
