So when I retrieve my crankbait, so I see waves that look like fishes swimming away, going away in the front of my crankabait, I dont know what to do when this happens, I slow my retrieve,or stop it, go fast and let it stop, but nothing happens

You mean the little water bugs on the surface fleeing in terror?
Your lure may be scaring the shad or bait fish.
Probably small minnows or shad, nothing you can do catch with a crankbait
Usually small fish thinking it’s a bigger fish trying to eat them
