Betta Fish: First time betta owner. This is my tank set up, and my boy.

I’m looking for any advice on his tank, what I could do for him, and ESPECIALLY good sources for enrichment for him. I saw this really cute duck weed holder with a hoop hers swims through and thought about something like that.
His tank is 6.8 gal and he’s super interactive, WAY more interested in my cats than they are in him which is relieving and funny to me.
Haven’t named him yet so any suggestions I’m open too as well. Just been waiting for what feels right. I’ve been calling him Mr, fishy, Mr fishy ect rn.
