Been bass fishing a few months, had horrible luck at the lake near my home. Found a pretty pond at a park with super clear water, 10'+ of visibility. Only problem is the entire bottom of the pond is covered in some kind of grass that looks like this. I imagine the bass are using this grass for cover but I can't fish any of the traditional stuff I would normally throw like a jig or a Texas rigged worm because they almost immediately get covered in the stuff. Not even at the hook, but on the jighead itself.

Any tips or suggestions to try and get through this grass?
