I have had my baby betta bluey ( Female) for about a year now. At first I did my tank wrong ( was not properly cycled, added her in too soon, was not testing the water, poor quality) she developed shredding on her front fins. Been a long journey but, I finally gave her a proper home! Plants are all actively growing, I am testing water regularly, using RO water and remineralizing it, better filter set up, a heater, and got her better food that she loves too! She has been in here about 2 months and seems really active and is very interested in things. Was hoping the improved water quality would heal her, but I don’t see any progress on regenerating her front fins. I have Kanaplex medicine to give her, but have been hesitant to use it unless I really have. Since I will have to move her to a hospital tank and I feel that will stress her out. Not sure if it is even fin rot though since it has not gotten worse at all? Any insight would be helpful!
