I had two 1 day tournaments last weekend and placed fairly well both days. The first tournament I placed third with only 3 fish for a total of 6.5 lbs. it was a tough bite, a lot of people blanked and 1st place barely caught a limit with 9 lbs.
I did some reworking that night after reviewing the footage from my GoPro and narrowing the bite down to a couple options.
Next day for the second tournament I only used one rod and placed 1st with 11 lbs and big bass, 2nd place came in with slightly over 7 lbs.
I love it when a plan comes together!
