After many (and I mean many) failed attempts I think this one will work well. What are y’all’s thoughts? I lost count of the wraps and so it’s longer than 1”, did 5 overhand knots on the flouro and braid, cut the remaining flouro and did 4 more overhand knots

16-22 wraps and 2 half hitches is all you need
That looks pretty good and smooth
