Weedless Texas rigged senko or creature bait will get the job done.

I’d punch through it with a heavy Texas rig or punching jig, in addition to the frog. As mentioned already, a weightless Senko is also a good approach. I like to twitch it across the top and let it fall into holes in the veg.

All that stuff do get nerve racking. 😡 I tie all my skirts with wire so they can be violently “swiped”.

i would throw a large, weedless swimbait, like a beast coast creep or wcz citizen and work it through the veg, letting it fall in to holes/pockets and swimming it out. this has been effective, for me, all summer and in to the fall. i will switch to hudds here in a few days, if the weather stays cool

I agree with the Texas rig. There are also some weedless gig heads you could possibly throw around in there.

Any weedless, top water bait will do!

least annoying and stressful and time consuming option for sure

3/0 Flipping hook with a bobber stop on the weight, or a twist lock jig.

Mouse
Johnson minnow and a white curly tail
No, but it would be a good option.
