Hey guys, I just bought a used Hobie Mirage Sport for $400, and I’ve only had a couple minutes in the water with it so far, so I haven’t gotten to mess around too much yet.
My only concern is that after snapping the drive in place and trying to pedal, my strokes are (roughly) limited to the red section in the picture above. I’m not getting even close to full kicks in when pedaling, so I basically go nowhere. You would think that the range of motion of the pedals would be in the green and red, but that’s far from the case.
