Thinking of buying it, about 1000 dollars, can probably haggle it down a bit. wondering if the pedal drive is one with the kickup function, since i fish in really shallow waters. For reference, its a huge pain to buy new kayaks in sweden, the cheapest even non pedal kayak is 1k. Also wondering if its possible to upgrade the seat to a proper chair.

No kick up fine. Very solid kayak. I would say 1000$ isn’t a good or bad deal unless it comes with extras.
