It is a 15litre tank with a heater and a relatively slow flow filter. Yesterday he was fairly actively swimming and resting, but today he has been resting mostly on top of the heater. I just want to make sure if he's alright. I do know they need a place to rest for which I will buy a silk plant (or a real one if I can). I'm cycling the tank with the fish rn and planning to do water changes ~20-25% every two days to avoid ammonia build up. Please help
