Weird question i post in here probably looking dumb all the time lmao but this is my first time having a betta and i just wanna make sure he looks okay. He swims around pretty fast sometimes and just chills around, the water where i live is unbelievably hard so theres a bunch of catappa leaves in there to balance out the PH hence the cloudy water. I sit at his tank a bunch throughout the day, i draw on his tank, he has a mirror to flare in a few minutes a day, i feed him 2-3 times a day blood worms and betta flakes but he always seems hungry, he swims over to me when i walk up but he also likes to hang out by the filter towards the bottom of the tank, he goes into literally every hiding spot in the tank and explores and stares at the mystery snail in there. Im aware i made alot of mistakes like not cycling his tank correctly before getting him and then using too much api medicine for him as a precautionary measure but im really trying to make him comfortable ive been using the api stress coat and stress zyme to help and i read that the water test strips are not reliable so ill be ordering the master test kit. I know thats alot and my grammar sucks in this but is there anything else i can do or should do to help him be more comfortable. (I got him on October 7th)
