Hello. I believe my Cory is sick. I noticed she was a little different about a week ago. Her color is dull compared to his schoolmates, more lethargic and less active. Her eyes are noticeably bulged out.

Water tests clean and no other fish in the community shows any signs of trouble. The tank is very established and 100% natural.

I’ve been monitoring her very closely. Early in the week I skipped feeding for 3 days. I know the rest of the tank can handle 5 days no feeding. When I resumed feeding she didn’t eat at first. The after a few days and some targeted feeding, she’s eating. Last few days she’s started to be a little more active.
My reading suggests a bacterial infection so I decided to set up a hospital tank but I’m afraid that stress might be worse. If medication is required then I will move her.

Today she is active, eating during meal time and even foraging around. Colors are still pale, eye still bulging.
I also noticed a red spot in her tail that wasn’t there previously (2nd pic). I’m torn between moving her and medicating or leaving her alone and continuing to monitor. My thinking is continue to observe but if I saw her flip sideways or something drastic then it’s hospital tank. Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you stranger.
