No, the line is bunched at the top and looks like it was put on too loose.
Try adding a shim/washer under the spool. Then tighten the drag down and put a little tension on the line when you respool.

What lb test line is that? Is it monofilament? I think you used line that is too thick or heavy for the reel and spooled it too loosely. It’s also under-spooled and could use a shim or two.
