Betta Fish: Tap water reading – API kit

So I started testing my tanks and after realizing it’s making no improvements / ammonia is raising slightly after water change I decided to test my tap water and this is the reading. So it looks like I can’t even use my tap water to do water changes anymore. I don’t know if it’s safer to not do a water change right now and to go buy gallons of purified water and dechlorinate it or what… I feel like I just poisoned all my fish doing a 50% water change 🫩
