How do I fish a river with medium to high current and muddy water?
What bait shoud I use? Bait is not an option.

Catfish? Drop shot and a big ole nightcrawler? Fairly heavy weight. Toss that baby in and let it chill.

My initial reaction is nightcrawlers on a slip sinker rig and a #4 bait holder hook. Or a piece of cut bait on a 6/0 circle hook.
But aside from that? I guess you’re looking for bass, so lures would be a loud crankbait, maybe a black spinnerbait. You need something with a visible profile and lots of vibration or rattle.
