My grandpa caught this bass some time ago. Looks like a spot to me. This is a painted reproduction obviously.

Coloration looks like a spotted bass based on what I see on google image searches, but that is the mouth of a largemouth. So if this is a reproduction, I would say they used a largemouth model and painted it to look like a spotted bass. I’m am no expert, though.

100% a spottedbass, you’ve got a ton of small spots/dots on the lower half, mouth doesnt extend past eyes, spots on top
