Basically when I reel at certain points I here a faint squeak and no matter how I reel it’s still their it doesn’t really affect the performance, I just kinda annoys me a little, it’s brand new 151 xg and I’m pretty sure it’s a 2022 model but yeah it doesn’t matter what lure I use just a little squeaky it’s a little too new at least I hope it is for the bearings to be going bad or anything but I’m assuming it just need a slight lube job in either the handle or worm line guide thing but then again idk, also I wat to get a better rod for it and I want something for like top water fishing and jigging and maybe swimsuits/glide baits I was kinda thinking anything like 7’3-7’5 mh or h fast action but also im not the most knowledgeable so please drop solutions/ recommendations

A few drops of oil and it’ll probably be quiet.
The line guide gets grease though
That tatula xt rod is an amazing rod for $99. I wouldn’t replace it. You could go with a heavier tatula xt and then switch the rods depending on what you plan on fishing for a certain day.
