Awhile ago I tried some of these mister twisters but I think I had too big of jig heads so I bought these 1/16oz ones will they work together? I'm using 8lb mono it's the only thing I have at the moment is that too heavy of line? I'm ideally trying to target perch or panfish/anything else that will bite

Yes! Great combo
1/16 is a light jig weight – hopefully you have a light rod, reel & line to cast that small weight out nicely
sure will 8lb is fine I used to crappie fish with 8 and 10
For sure, perfect combo for them really. You just want to be sure that your line is suited for your rod and reel… you’d probably want a fairly lightweight setup for this, otherwise it may not cast very well. It’ll fish fine though.
8LB is heavy for what your doing but it will literally work
Yeah they should work well. Don’t be scared of small jigs, I fish 1/64 sometimes and catch nice fish.
