My wife surprised me and got a custom rod made for me for our anniversary. Its perfect. Its a 7'2" Medium Fast with American Tackle Microwave guides. I can't wait to get out on the flats with this and tear up the redfish and snook. Should be a topwater machine! Now to pair it with a reel….thinking a Stradic 3000, maybe a Vanford. Wanting to keep it light as can be.
