This is an electric powered kayak I just bought second. It was previously registered and is still current on its tags. The previous owner had the title and gave it to me with the sale. Well some how the title is now gone completely. I got in contact with the previous owner and he has helped me with filling out a CA REG 227 and a bill of sale. He is also notifying the DMV of transfer. Do I need anything else before I go to the DMV tomorrow to get this titled in my name so I can renew the registration?
