Daiwa Certate 24 drag seems off?

Hi guys, bought this 24 certate 4000cxh and the drag seems very muffled and soft/ not clicky? I attached a video and compared it with my diawa luvias 21 which sounds and feels much more crisp. The reel handle seems fine but not sure if it should be smoother as it feels a little gritty on the reel, seems smooth though?

Any ideas what’s wrong or what I should check for? Thank you!
