Owner says one is new (12’), one is used (14’) and the reverse pedal drive doesn’t work.
Seems like a good deal for both but I’d like a second opinion.

Used PA14’s with functioning 180 drives are going for $1500-$1800 in my neck of the woods (South East) and they are not selling fast. Trailer is worth maybe $600.
Doesn’t scream deal to me but it’s not outrageously overpriced either.
