What are some things you guys have on your want list or items you’ve purchased or received that you use often. I’m the type of person that if I want something I usually just purchase it on my own but my family keeps asking for ideas to get me for Christmas/Birthday. I’ve told everyone to get me a gift card to the local fly shop but family members still want to get actual gifts so I need some ideas. PFA

I like warm clothes – sweaters, fleece jackets, nicer hats/beanies, wool socks. They can get pretty expensive and make nice gifts as they don’t have to be as specific (like if someone got you a saltwater setup for brook trout). Knives are also great gifts, such as benchmark or other high end ones. Again, not as specific to fly fishing, but still great to have.
