Will this hook work for sheepshead? I previously used 1/0 Gamakatsu octopus hooks and that didn’t work for me, seemed too big. Also what rig should I use? Will dropper rig work? Or should I use the Carolina rig? Florida east coast and fishing from pier. Lots of rocks and structures in the bottom and along the pier. So high chances of getting snagged if using Carolina rig. Planning to fish during outgoing tide. Planning to use crabs and frozen shrimp. 15lb mono leader. Can also use 20/25lb fluoro leader if needed. Tried to give as much information as possible. Will highly appreciate valuable feedback and suggestions.

I generally only use 2s for fish under 16
