I'm a New Zealander and think we have great fishing but I recently went to Australia to check out their trout lakes and rivers. It was a bit disappointing as a lot of tracks are closed so there's limited access unless you are up for a good walk. Anyway I went to lake Eucumbene in their high country which is huge and caught plenty including this one which cooked up beautifully!
