It looks like a tube with a diagonal cut instead of split tails. Coupled with a swimbait head shoved inside.

Looks like an ultralight heavyweight tube bait, unsure if they have that color though

Hook up baits or redrum baits tube baits. I think you can find lead heads specifically for these. Look for tube bait jig heads

I’m pretty sure that’s a gummy minnow. Multiple companies make them, usually for fly fishing but if tied on a jig head or used with an UL rod it would work fine

It’s called a hookup bait. The owner of hookup baits is a big fat pussy that’s been caught poaching deer, so I don’t want to support him. Other companies make the same product for cheaper, like ultralight heavyweights
