Aside from being far too light, that weight looks like a flying backlead; designed to fly back up your line a little on the cast to pin a few yards of mainline down behind your main lead and rig. The hair rig looks like an okay first attempt, but I’d say both the hair and the hook length are too long and the hook looks a bit too small for the bait.
