2.5 pound peacock caught in a creature bait. Not sure I have ever caught a peacock on a non-moving bait but was glad to see it. Also was surprised at how dark it was. You can see compared to the others in my pics that it barely had any color at all despite being in the same waterway. Not pictured is a 4.5 pound snakehead that I thought was my PB bass when I hooked it lol I also noticed there’s no Peacock flair :/
Almost all of these were caught late morning to mid day. Lures used:

Strike King KVD Jerk Bait in Pro Citrus Shad
Rebel Pop-R in Foxy Shad (been loving this)
Random off brand rooster tail in white
