I’ve hit this place about 6 times between June and last week, I’ve caught a ton of bass but nothing over 1-2lbs. I normally fish where I have the white line.
I’ve caught close to 100 bass in here, Most of my catches are on 1/4oz ball jig with 3” keitech shiner and a senko. Also caught a ton of crappie, LMB and sunfish on a plastic hellgrammite. I’ve thrown a variety of different plastics (pretty much every Rąpała you can think of, square bills, chatter baits, swim jigs, top water and have got nothing on any of those). There are no notable ledges or anything so I’m curious how would some of you go about trying to catch bigger fish in this body of water? It’s hard to get to a lot of spots in there without fighting thru brush, trees, etc which I’m not opposed to doing. Just looking for input and suggestions.
