Do you know what fish are in that spot?

Are you going with a friend or solo? If your going with an experienced friend that fishes there regularly then just follow the friends lead. If you know how to work swim baits try throwing some. Maybe some spinners or even spoons. I’m not super knowledgeable on salt water fishing but end of the day fish are fish. They are just typically bigger in the ocean it’s all the same stuff mostly though.
