Special 2 for 1 like at the farmers market… Why didn’t this big brown just let go, since it wasn’t hooked? Instead, he stayed latched on to the smaller brown I caught and my 6x tippet was screaming for its life. It was a long and crazy fight in fast, deep water. Also, I did free the little guy – he seemed fine.
No idea how I got it in my net but am still so stoked.
