She’s even more iridescent and vibrant in person. This tank has some flow to it so I pick bettas that swim better, which usually means I have to get expensive plakat males, but I’m so glad I shopped around! She’s adorable and only cost $8. I love looking at her.
On a related note, has anyone noticed that since about 2017, pet store bettas almost never live past 1.5 years? My last girl didn’t even survive a year, and at the end of her life she was riddled with tumours.
