I need some help figuring out the correct English word for these fishing huts in Western Norway. A very peculiar salmon fishing technique. Is it a “weir”? Give me your best shot, please.

Local owners of these raised fishing huts are uniting, trying to conserve these buildings. Fishing after wild salmon has been forbidden here since the 90s because aquafarming with its extreme pollution and hydropower with its river altering business have almost killed the wild salmon population. So we need tourism to have a reason to conserve these. And for that to work…we need fitting, English words. Welp!
